Couples & Households

Doing this together changes the outcome.

When both partners complete a course on the same timeline, completion rates go up, the return is symmetric, and the experience becomes something you did together — not something one of you endured.

Why couples do better

One travel fee. Two people. Symmetric return.

Most people who complete a 35-session course do so because someone in their life is invested in the outcome. When that person is also doing the sessions, the dynamic shifts entirely.

You're not managing your health separately anymore. You're doing something together. The accountability is built in. The conversations change. The results tend to be better — for both of you.

Practically: we bring the equipment to your home, set up two treatment spaces, and run back-to-back sessions. You share one travel fee. The logistics are simpler than doing it separately.

How it works logistically

The practical reality of doing this together.

One machine, two people

We run sessions back-to-back on the same machine. While one partner is on the table, the other is resting, reading, or doing whatever they'd normally do. Sessions are 60 minutes each.

One travel fee

When both partners are at the same address, we charge one travel fee per visit — not two. For in-home sessions, this is the single biggest cost savings of the couples format.

Flexible scheduling

You can do one session each per day (two sessions total), or two sessions each per day (four total) with the two-a-day protocol. The full 35-session course takes three to seven weeks depending on pace.

Each person's own protocol

Both partners have their own health histories, their own reasons for doing this, and their own goals. We build around both — not a one-size-fits-both approach.

Couples FAQ

Questions couples ask.

Do we have to start at the same time? +
Not exactly — but within a week or two of each other is ideal. The closer your timelines, the more you're experiencing the same arc together.
What if one of us has a cardiac diagnosis and the other doesn't? +
We handle this all the time. One partner may be doing sessions under the healthy-individual clearance; the other may have a specific condition we're addressing. We build separate protocols and get separate physician clearances.
Can we do two-a-day together? +
Yes. With the two-a-day protocol, you'd each do two sessions per day — four sessions total per visit. That's a full day of treatment. Most couples doing this finish the full course in three weeks.
What does the consult call look like for couples? +
We do a 30-minute call with both of you together (or separately if you prefer). We talk through both situations, answer questions, and figure out the right structure for your household.
