For Clinicians & Referrers

Refer a patient. We make it simple.

For physicians, integrative practitioners, physical therapists, and anyone else who works with patients who might benefit from EECP.

What we offer referred patients

A local EECP option for your Western NC patients.

Most of your patients who could benefit from EECP have never had access to it. The nearest traditional EECP clinic is typically an hour or more away — and doing 35 sessions there is logistically impossible for most people.

We offer in-home mobile service across the Asheville metro and on-site day visits at our West Asheville studio. We operate under the Renew NCP-5's wellness amenity clearance — self-pay, no insurance billing.

What we ask of referring clinicians

  • Signed physician clearance form (we provide the template)
  • Relevant health history summary if available
  • Honest framing to the patient about the wellness model

What we don't do

  • Diagnose or treat medical conditions
  • Prescribe or adjust medications
  • Replace the physician relationship
  • Bill insurance of any kind
Make a referral

The fastest way to refer is a phone call.

Call or text us with your patient's name and a brief summary of their situation. We'll reach out to them directly, answer their questions, and handle the rest. We'll keep you informed at whatever level of involvement you want.

Clinician consult call

Want to talk through a specific patient?

We offer 30-minute clinician calls for practitioners who want to discuss a specific patient's situation before referring. No commitment required.

Who refers to us

Not just cardiologists.

Cardiologists

For patients with chronic angina, heart failure, or post-cardiac procedure fatigue who want a non-invasive adjunct therapy.

Primary care physicians

For patients with circulation issues, diabetic neuropathy, PAD, or post-COVID fatigue who haven't responded to standard approaches.

Integrative practitioners

For patients seeking evidence-backed non-pharmaceutical cardiovascular support as part of a broader wellness protocol.

Physical therapists

For patients with exercise intolerance, peripheral circulation issues, or post-cardiac rehab who need additional vascular support.

Friends & family

You don't have to be a clinician to refer someone. If you know someone who might benefit, send them our way. We'll take it from there.

EECP graduates

Many of our best referrals come from people who've completed a course themselves and want their spouse, parent, or friend to have the same experience.
