No surprises. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment you complete your course.

The process

Five steps from first contact to last session.

Free 30-minute consult call

We talk through your situation, answer questions, and figure out whether EECP makes sense for you. No commitment, no pressure. Most people leave the call with a clear picture of what to do next.

Physician clearance

Before your first session, you'll need a written clearance note from a licensed physician. We provide a standard form that makes this easy. Your primary care doctor can usually sign it during a routine visit.

Scheduling & deposit

Once you have clearance, we schedule your sessions and collect a 50% deposit. We'll confirm your schedule, go over logistics, and answer any remaining questions.

Your sessions

Sessions run 60 minutes. You lie back fully clothed (loose pants, no shoes). Inflatable cuffs wrap around your calves, thighs, and hips and inflate/deflate in sync with your heartbeat. Most people read, watch a show, take work calls, or fall asleep.

Post-course check-in

After your final session, we do a brief check-in to talk through what you noticed, answer questions about maintenance, and discuss whether additional sessions make sense for your situation.

What a single session actually feels like.

0–5 min

Setup

You lie back on the treatment table. Cuffs wrap around your calves, thighs, and hips. EKG leads attach to your chest. Takes about five minutes.

5–65 min

The session

The cuffs inflate and deflate in sync with your heartbeat. Most people describe it as a deep, rhythmic leg massage. You can read, watch a show, take a call, or sleep.

65–70 min

Wrap-up

Cuffs come off, EKG leads removed. We note any observations. You're free to go. Most people feel relaxed — some feel energized.

What to expect over time

Week by week through a 35-session course.

Week 1
Baseline

Sessions feel new. Some people notice mild fatigue after the first few sessions — this is normal. Most people feel nothing unusual.

Weeks 2–3
Early changes

Many clients begin noticing improved sleep quality and slightly more energy. Many clients notice improved circulation and reduced fatigue.

Weeks 4–5
Building momentum

Exercise tolerance often improves. Many clients notice the most significant improvements in energy and circulation during this window.

Weeks 6–7
Final sessions

Most clients report feeling noticeably different from where they started. The collateral vessels built over the course are now established.

2–6 weeks post
The afterglow

Benefits often continue to develop for weeks after the final session as the body consolidates the vascular changes. This is expected and normal.
